Q: What are the accepted trade terms and shipping methods?
We support FOB, CNF, CIF, and EXW trade terms. Shipments can be arranged by sea, by air, or via express delivery based on your requirements.
Q: What payment terms do you offer?
We accept T/T with a 30% deposit before production and a 70% balance against the B/L copy. We also accept 100% irrevocable L/C at sight, PayPal, and Western Union.
Q: What is the lead time for samples and bulk orders?
Sampling typically takes 7-14 days. For bulk orders, standard brand item delivery takes 7-10 days, while custom ODM/OEM production requires 45-55 days.
Q: What guarantees do you provide for product quality?
We guarantee that all products delivered to our customers are fully qualified. If there are any damaged parts, please email us detailed photos, and we will send replacements accordingly.
Q: Are your materials environmentally friendly, and can you supply FSC certified wood?
Yes, we use certified safe materials, and we regularly send batches of paint for SGS testing. We comply with FSC regulations to ensure eco-friendly sourcing. FSC certified options are available upon request.
Q: How do you protect designs and intellectual property?
We sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to secure your unique designs and ensure they are not sold to third parties. For large-scale orders, we are also open to exclusive distribution agreements.
