QWhat is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 3 cartons. Mixed orders of products from the same series are accepted.

QWhat are the supported trade terms?

We operate on Ex-factory (EXW) terms. We will provide the volume and weight of the order. If requested, we can also assist in arranging delivery within China (CFR).

QAre glue, batteries, and tools included with the products?

Most products include glue, batteries, and integrated LED light switches. A few products may require purchasing glue separately. Large-scale products require clients to supply their own AAA batteries. Tool kits are not included and must be purchased separately.

QDo the products come with a dust cover?

Yes, all products come standard with a dust cover. If you do not require it, we can adjust and deduct the cost from your order.

QWhat are the accepted payment methods?

We accept payments via T/T bank transfer, Western Union, PayPal, and MoneyGram.

QWhat are the payment terms for orders?

We require 100% payment before delivery. For large orders, a payment terms of 30% deposit and the remaining 70% balance paid prior to dispatch can be arranged.
